- Use Individual Assessment such as the MBTI, and/or Thomas Killman Conflict Mode Instrument to help team members clarify their preferences and strengths
- Facilitated activities to demonstrate the importance of individual strengths in team success
- Discussion and activities to highlight best practices in high performing teams
- Team development model to assess our current status
- Facilitated activity to highlight how each of these phases of team development play out in the work place
- Future focused view of team performance – What will high performance look like?
