Team Development

Whether you are acquiring new team members or taking on a new challenge, the members of your team will need to better understand their roles on the team, how to increase team effectiveness and how to leverage strengths across the group. 

To help accelerate this process, our single and multi-day programs will ensure team members better understand themselves, their role on the team and how they can leverage strengths and differences to successfully deliver on the team’s mission

Typical flow of event:

Myself – What do I bring to the game?
  • Use Individual Assessment such as the MBTI, and/or Thomas Killman Conflict Mode Instrument to help team members clarify their preferences and strengths
My role in the team – How do I fit in the puzzle?
  • Facilitated activities to demonstrate the importance of individual strengths in team success
  • Discussion and activities to highlight best practices in high performing teams
Current Team Status – How the pieces fit together
  • Team development model to assess our current status
  • Facilitated activity to highlight how each of these phases of team development play out in the work place
Desired Team status – What will it take to win the game? (What should our team be made of? How should we behave?)
  • Future focused view of team performance – What will high performance look like?
  • Facilitated activities to develop a plan for improving team dynamics
  • Development of team code of conduct/governing values
  • Development of individual improvement plan
